Hi,
I have an Cisco EA2700 and I've just today updated it to the most recent firmware in an attempt to be able to connect my new website and cPanel.
The domain is www.dtjmstudios.com and there's a cpanel at cPanel.dtjmstudios.com
I know my new web server is not down because on 3G on my iPhone I can connect to this website and other websites on this server.
I also when connecting my computer to my cable modem directly I can see my website.
When, however I am routing through the Cisco EA2700 on either wireless or wired connection, I get a "Time Out" or similar in all latest and major browsers including IE, FF and Chrome.
When I open up command prompt and try to ping, I can resolve the correct IP address for the domain name.
So far I've tried to update the firmware, I still cannot access my web site. I've done a Factory Reset and I still cannot see my website. I've made sure that I do not have any Parental Controls, I don't have any DMZ, I don't have any port forwarding. I am using plain and simple, out of the box NAT with DHCP.
So far, I don't have a problem connecting to any other websites, just mine.
I've gone into the "Troubleshooting" section and tried to PING, and it resolves fine from the router also.
I'm a little bit at a lost right now, I have no idea how to fix this. Could this be a routing table issue or something? How do I verify and I thought a Factory Reset would have worked?!?!?!
The other unusual thing is that, just a few weeks ago, I could access my website, no problems whatsoever!
Please help, I'm really beginning to pull my hair out and throw this device in the trash!
Thanks
David
