WRT1900ACS Unable to use port forward Tab Settings

Just wanted to see if some one could help me my port forward page , when I click on the Security tab from the interface a box pops up.

So I click the OK button to close it and you can view the settings tab but can not change or add anything . All my port forward settings appeared to have been wiped out blank. Several months back I cascaded my old Cisco wireles router EA3500 to this new one WRT1900ACS version 2.0.0.173388. Any help would be great.

WRT1900ACS V1 Firmware V 1.0.3.177401
Hello, I recently updated the firmware on my wrt1900acs v1 to 1.0.3.177401 - Although everything (so far) appears to be working much better than with the previous firmware version, i seem to be having a problem with mobile devices now - when i have my cell phone/s (android or iphone) connected via wifi I am unable to send or receive pictures via text. When i turn off wifi on my phone the pics send and receive with no issues. Router was reset to default after firmware update. Anyone else having the same issue?

EA6400 parental controls not working
Just a comment about the EA6400 router. The family filter/parental controls is a useless effort. I have had this router for about 6 months now, tried many remedies and tips from this site and others, and it will just not maintain a schedule. It seems to randomly turn access to the internet on and off to the assigned units. The only reason I bought this was for the parental controls, and they have never worked. This stuff is basic router control, and if linksys can't even make parental controls work, how can we trust them to keep our LAN safe? What I have been doing as a stop gap is using the ISP modems features to turn on and off the linksys router at the required times. What was the point of buying the router.... It was just a waste of money.

The Router not set up
Hi. Can anyone explain the subject to me?
I lost connection from my modem to the router and reset but no internet access. My router is Linksys EA2700. I bypassed the router and connected directly from the modem to my computer and it worked.

Not able to setup PPTP or L2TP on my EA9500

I have been trying to setup my router to use VPN service, but after changing the internet connection to PPTP i'm not getting a ip address from my ISP.
Any luck that anyone has sucseeded getting this to work ?
Firmware: 1.1.7.177204 (upgraded manually since the auto upgrade feature did not get this ? )

EA 9500 Wireless Problem
When I try to connect a laptop, it says incorrect password. However, it is the correct password.
I have tried changing passwords, it still will not connect.
I tried my MacPro laptop, my iPhone, and a Win Laptop. Same result.
However, I can use the same password on the Guest account and it will connect.
This is a new install.
Any ideas?

WRT3200 ACM iPhone wifi speed
Hello,
I'm new to the DD-WRT os and have just installed it today on a new WRT3200. It's working fine but I can't seem to get my iphone7 to run at full speed over wifi.
I have a 2015 27" iMac which is connected to the 5G network and I can get around 200mbps on a speedtest - this is the speed of my connection with Virgin Media so I'm happy with the mac.
With my iPhone 7 plus however, I only get around 20-30mpbs on the same wifi network, no matter how close I am to the router. I have tried the 2G network and I get around 35mbps consistently - faster than the 5G network.
In the Wireless - Basic Settings section I see the 3 radios listed, and I have played around with then. The interface ath1 [2.4 GHz TurboQAM] is set to Full (20Mhz) width, Auto channel and BG Mixed.
I have ath0 [5 GHz/802.11ac] set to Mixed network mode, Full (20Mhz) width and Auto Channel. It has the same SSID as the third antenna ath2 [2.4GHz/5 GHz/802.11ac] and thaty one is set to N-Only (2.4Ghz), Full (20 Mhz width) and Auto channel.
If I choose AC-Only in the network mode I can't even see the network on my iPhone so I can't connect to it which is weird as I thought the iPhone7 has AC Wifi?
Any ideas on the best settings for these interfaces? I know every network is different but I thought by having all the B & G network devices on one interface, the iphone and mac could use the wifi on the other interface to it's full potential. I don't understand why the iMac is so fast over it but the iphone is very slow - 1/10th of the speed in most tests I have run.
Also - the 3rd interface that is listed for this Router, should it be the same SSID as the first on ath0- both ath0 and ath2 are suposed to be capable of the faster speeds....
I've also noticed under Status -- Wireless -- Wireless nodes, all the clients connect to ath0 and ath1 - nothing ever seems to attach to ath2.
Any pointers you have about this router in particular would be appreciated!

Just purchased WRT3200ACM, need to set it up manually and clone mac address.
I bought a wrt3200acs today to replace my failing E1200 V2. I can see it at 192.168.1.1 via wired port or wireless. It keeps telling me it isn't set up. I also demands I plug it into my dsl modem. I know from past experience that until I clone the mac address of my original router I isn't going to connect to the internet. So far googling come up empty. This should not be this hard, I've set up three routers with my dsl modem over the years, it isn't my first time. Are there any direct urls I can use to set this thing up? I can connect to it. EA6700 not showing 5GHz Network any more
Hello Friends
After 4-5 years of stellar service, my EA6700 is not showing the 5GHz network any more. I'll provide more details so someone can help.
1. Just moved to a new apartment that has significantly more network traffic...almost 20-25 networks showing. Previous aparment I could barely see 4-5 networks....and the router worked flawlessly there.
2. My settings have always been unchanged....mostly Auto for channel selection etc.
3. Password is WPA2 Personal
4. Firmware updates are set to automatic...Im on the latest firmware 1.1.40.176451 which came out in September 2016.
I doubt it's a firmware problem as the router has been showing both 2.4 and 5GHz networks since then. The 5GHz network only vanished when I moved into a new environment.
Any tips?

My New Router EA9500
Yes I got that massive warranty deal but I've been calling Tech Support every since I got this thing on Thursday and I refuse to call them today which is Saturaday almost Sunday, 2.4 signal strength seems to be like Dial up when accessing a webpage. The wireless channel I got it at 6 I upgraded my speed with TimeWarner Cable /Spectrum from Ultimate 2 to UUltimate 3 I'm getting almost 340 coming to this router, what can the problem be, can it not take this kind of speed? It seems like that on my Desktop thats running on the 2.4 and my Laptop is even worser running on the 5mhz.

How to packing WRT1200ac official BSP compiled packages
As I want to add some kernel module to WRT1200ac and I just downloaded Linksys WRT1200ac open source codes and success compiled all packages, but seems there is no make option to packing all packages to an image for flash to WRT1200AC, does anybody who did it before?
another question is how I can enable the WRT1200ac serial console login shell?

OpenVPN Fails consistently
I have followed the directions for configuring the OpenVPN Server for the WRT1200AC (v 1.0.5.177401) exactly as outlined at http://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=157327.
However, it consistently fails with "TLS handshake failed."
I am using the OpenVPN client on Windows 10 and have verified that the firewall rules allow for unlimited inbound and outbound traffic for the app.
There are no other devices in front of the router. What else might be causing this problem?

WRT1900AC repeater speed
Hi
I have configured my WRT1900AC to act as a wireless repeater but it only lets you connect to it at 10% of the wireless speed. My Wifi is capable of running up to 300 Mbits/s but the speed is reduced to about 10% if I connect using the WRT1900AC.
Does anyone have an idea why that is. I was expecting the WRT1900AC to repeat the signal close to the maximum speed.

1900AC V2 update 2.0.8.177401 Android issues
Ever since this update my Android phone (Pixel) and my girlfriends Android phone (Moto Z) are having weird issues when connected to WIFI. One is the gif support in the Google keyboard is not loading at all when connected to wifi but as soon as connected to LTE it loads them just fine. Also has trouble loading icons and information in the Google play store. I noticed one of the features of the new update says "Integrated security fixes" and that sounds like maybe ports being blocked or something along those lines. Is there any way to disable this "feature" or is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

HELP NEEDED with WRT1900ac setup!!!!

so im having issue's for a very long time now and still haven't found the right solution yet.
the currently setup i have at home:
my isp router( telenet - belgium ) => D-Link Dsg-1008D switch => dlink Dir-100( is setup for our camera security)
what i want to have is:
my isp router( telenet - belgium ) => D-Link Dsg-1008D switch => dlink Dir-100( is setup for our camera security)
=> WRT1900AC for our wireless network
the dlink Dir-100 is setup by the cameraman who installed our cameras using dyn-dns ( which i have no knowledge on)
so i went installing the wrt1900ac directly to the switch, followed the configuration a couple times wich as result : the wifi is insanely bad, signals are gone every 5 min with speeds up to max 30mbps while having up to 200 mbps via cable
ive also tried to give the wrt1900ac an different ip adress without any results.
is there any way/anyone who can help me setup this router properly that i can have max range and max speeds?
idk if this all has something to do with the dyn-dns we are using for our camera's?

EA7500 Restore backup
Hello community,
On the EA7500, after a configuration "reference" for our network, I made a backup for applied on other AP to avoid to do every configuration. But by applying the backup to other APs, but the host name, serial number, Mac address becomes identical on AP reference. Is it normal ?!
