Configuring Lynksys E4200 for iPad2 (My iPad keeps losing connection)

Hello,  my iPad2 keeps losing Wi-Fi connection.  Online, I found a site that recommends  to "go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES."  How would I do this? 

Any other recommendations?
