Linksys Community Update

We will be updating the Linksys Community on Monday, April 20^th that will start at around 9am PST and will last until around early afternoon. During this time, the community will still be accessible but on read-only mode. When the new Linksys Community goes live, existing users will need to update their password in order to regain access.

Here are the steps to update your password:

1. Go to Community, click on Account> Log In.
2. You will be redirected to www.linksys.com/us/login page.
3. If you already updated your password,  just log in, the process should redirect you back to the Community.
4. If you did not update your password yet, click on “Forgot Password” link next to the “Sign In” button, enter the email address associated to your account, and click “Reset Password”.
5. An email will be generated and sent to you with instruction to update the password.
6. Once password is updated, log in, process should redirect you back to the Community.
7. For new user registration, user will be prompted to create a Username in Community.
