Recently had an upgrade of Satellite internet from Wildblue to Exede for faster download, etc. Everything was working fine with desktop computer, HP laptop, Epson printers and Grace Internet radio. We have been using Cisco E3000 router for about 4 years without problems of internet connection. After Exede upgrade we began to experience connection problems getting onto internet. The connection is mainly continuous but we can access intermittenly very little of the time. We have wired directly into new Exede modum to our desktop computer which allows perfect connection to internet. Is itpossible that a download and reloading of Lynsys E3000 software would resolve connection problems? I will appreciate any suggestions of resolution. I am not very savy of technical jargon so please use common, plain English when responding. Thanks.
