A few days ago I bought a new Acer Chromebook C720. I can connect it (wired only) to the Internet at home through an Ethernet to USB adapter. When trying to connect wirelessly to my network, the network is in the available networks list, but I get an Out of Range message, and the C720 is less than 3 feet from the router!
My other laptops, and even my mother's inexpensive tablet which was purchased earlier this year, can connect wirelessly to the network from much farther away, and the C720 connects wirelessly just fine to the Public Access network near where I work. Any ideas as to how to connect it wirelessly at home? I have already replaced/reloaded the Chrome OS on the C720 following Acer's instructions.
