I'm looking in devices on the website and there are tons of devices, but all of those devices are long gone, years ago... I tried to get rid of them by clicking the little 'x's on each of them (they are "Offline")... but, they won't go away... I just keep getting an error message... Unexpected Error [object XMLDocument] We've encountered an unexpected error. If the issue continues, please visit our Technical Support site. Details (The details are....) /jnap/devicelist/DeleteDevice I can't clean up my device list... Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this??? Thanks for any constructive help offered....
