E1200 Block DNS

I'm trying to enter these 3 rules into the E1200 router but can't figure out how

Can anyone give any advice on how to create them

1 Permit ANY (source) to 208.67.222.222 (destination) DNS port 53 tcp/udp
2 Permit ANY (source) to 208.67.220.220 (destination) DNS port 53 tcp/udp
3 Deny ANY (source) to ANY (destination) DNS port 53 tcp/udp
