My issue is that I cannot associate my router to the linksys smart wifi web site.
It all started when I changed my email so I wanted to update it in my account at smart wifi, as you may know it does not give you the option to update the email. So instead I deleted the account and proceeded to create a new account with my new email. After creating the account it asked me to associate my router which I proceeded to do and was faced with the error 2120. Many hours later still cannot associate my router to my new account, I have reset the router (both soft and hard), I also reflashed the router but nothing, until today that is. What I was doing was restoring the backup file back to the router, however today when I associated the router prior to the backup restore it worked, as soon as I restored my backup settings im back with cannot find router and it wont even associate the router at all. So i want to restore my backup settings and associate my router to my new account. Any help will be much appreciated.
