I run a bed and breakfast. I purchased an EA6200 router. One feature it has is the creation of a second connection to the internet that requires a password. Wonderful! I have a problem. When guests use Google Chrome, the web page where the password is input comes up perfectly. The guests put in the password and are connected. If they use Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera, a message comes up that the page cannot be displayed. I can copy and paste the address into these browsers and it works, but it doesn't automatically appear.
What can I do to make it work for all our guests? I want it to be the same as when you go into a coffee shop or fast food restaurant. I want it to work for everyone. Suggesting things for me to do personally with my browsers won't solve my problem. Also, asking my guests to do things like update browsers won't work, either. First, they shouldn't have to do this if I advertise WiFi. Second, if they can't get on the internet, how can they update anything?
Any ideas?
