Hello, I am having some issue with an app game called 'Agent Alice' on my LG G2.
It always get's stuck in the 'You need an internet connection to download additional content' error page when I try to play the next part of the game:
The strange thing is, all my other game apps that need internet work fine, like Hay Day for instance.
I am very positive this is due to my e2500 cisco router, because my friend who has the Agent Alice game on her phone can play just fine at her house, but when she comes to my house and tries to play it, she gets the same error message. It is only when I connect to her personal wifi Hotspot that I am able to play my game.
So I understand that it's not really a device issue, or app issue, but a router issue.
But has anyone here had a similar problem like this with an app and their router? And how did you fix this?
Any help would be appreciated!
