Problem with EA6350

I started to use my new wireless router a few days ago. It's simple to get that stuff to work and connecting my devices to internet but unfortunately I am not able to access router setting. I can't register an account using the wifi of EA6350. There's always an unexpected error 2319 occur when I click into http://linksyssmartwifi.com/ui/1.0.99.160602/dynamic/create-account.html. When i finally register an account with another wifi, it saids you should connect with wifi from EA6350 to setup wifi but I can't login while connecting that wifi. The login page didn't function well with THAT wifi yet it can connect to the internet well. Anyone knows how to fix that ???? I just want to set up my wifi.
