EA 6300 weird ip address

I had to reset the the router. i cant access its admin page by going to 192.168.1.1 When i got to wifi on my ipad i can see that ipad is connected to correct wireless network but instead of seeing router adress of 192.168.1.1 i see this address. 10.10.249.30
When i try to access admin page of this router using 10.10.249.30 i get bad gateway error??

Can anyone explain whats going on and why my router is getting this weird ip addres please
