Hey there. I have Verizon fios internet and tv. Currently I am using their supplied router, the MI424WR Rev. I. Not too long ago I purcahsed the Linksys EA6300 in hopes of getting a stronger connection throughout my house. I connected it to the main FIOS router and was able to get an internet connection so I was under the assumption that I set it up properly. Now, just recently I purchased a chromecast and I've found that it doesn't hold the connection. Sometimes my devices will be able to recognize the chromecast, and other times it will not show up on our network at all. I have a sneaking suspicion that it has something to do with the way I setup my Linksys router to the Verizon one. Also, sometimes I will see two of the same WiIFi hotspots and I think that has to do the the connection as well. So my question is, how would I properly setup the linksys router to the verizon one so that it properly works with the wireless devices in my house, and so that I also retain my ability to properly use FIOS tv?
