Port forwarding causes one device on network to disconnect

Hey everyone,

So I have a Linksys EA6530.  There are several devices on my network (Mac Pro'13, Macbook Air'11, Macbook '07, Xbox One, etc).  Since I got the router I have had several ports being forwarded to the xbox.  Two weeks ago my roommate with the Macbook '07 (snow leopard) told me he couldn't connect to the internet.  He can see the network but has no internet connection.

After much troubleshooting I've narrowed it down to the fact that when one of the ports is being forwarded to the xbox, he can't connect to the internet.  Doesn't matter if the xbox is on.  Also they have seperate IP's.  I can't believe that this changes his connection but he has sat next to me with his laptop and we've turned the port forward on and off and it disconnects and reconnects him to the internet.  Does anyone know why this is?

Thank you
