I have an EA4500 setup in our office. We have about 20 wired/wireless devices and we rely heavily on VoIP. I have QoS enabled on the router for our voice as well as port triggering per the companys instructions. We have a 10/10 line.
The problem is that we have random ping spikes on both wireless and wired. It will be running fine in the 20-30-40 range and then a random spike of 300-400 or even 500. Sometimes it is just one ping that is high and then sometimes there is a small cluster. I am pinging google.com
Any ideas? The high ping times really effect our voip quality.
