Parental Control issues in Smart Wifi

My older kids are managing to bypass the parental controls in Smart Wifi.

I have an EA4500 router and we use both hardwire and wireless connections.

I have set up parental controls using the  Smart Wifi utility with time usage restrictions. However when I look at the Device List, my kids have managed to create new IP addresses and MAC addresses and bypassed all the restrictions. they can do this almost immediately I reset the parental controls. These are kids in their early 20's who spend a lot of time gaming well into the night then can't get out of bed next day!I believe this is called MAC and IP address spoofing? there seems to be lots of tutorials on the web to teach people how this is done.

My wireless access is protected with a passord and so is my guest account (which is routinely switched of). When connecting via hardwire, no passowrd is requested by the system.

I called Linksys support but unfortunately  the tech was unable to assist me. I am certain that it is possible to restrict the IP address to specific addresses or by changing DHCP configurations. I am not sophisticated enough with my netwprking knowledge to really understand how to set up these restrictions properly. Can someone please suggest a way to configure the router to give me back the control?
