Slow ethernet port speed on e4200

HI 

just checked speed from ethernet from ONT ~ 500Mbps with a CAT5e.  But best i can get out of one of the ethernet ports is 120 Mbps with CAT5e.  Is this the best the e4200 can do?  I used speedtest.net for the speed test.
