I was prompted to update the firmware on my router when accessing it though a web browser. After doing so, the connection to the internet stopped working.
I then spent 5 hours trying various steps given to me by the live chat helpdesk. This included configuring the router manually, and automatically (each method was tried a few times with different advisors).
I have been assured that the router is still under warranty, but I must first prove that it is not working before a replacement can be sent.
How long does this process take, as I would have thought that if it's still not working after 5 hours of trying the same fixes, it's probably not going to work?
