It was a nuisance discovering that IE 11 was "not supported" by the Linksys Admin web interface. However, this was treatable by dumbing down IE11's browser emulation via the browser's 'F12' developer mode emulation function.
That worked ... for awhile. Today however, I find that that no longer works. I've tried all the previous IE version emulation options from Edge down to IE7 and still could not access the router via its IP address. WTH?
Fortunately, I was finally able to access it via www.linksyssmartwifi.com and IE10 emulation.
Router: EA3500
Firmware: 1.1.39.145204
Is this a complicated issue to resolve?
Is MS trying to kill the web by creating these browser incompatibilities?
Is MS just demonstrating once again that they must insert gross coding deficiencies into all of their products?
