"Your router was not successfully setup"

For some reason I can almost never connect to 192.168.1.1 or myrouter.local or linksyssmartwifi.com

I almost always get the "your router was not successfully setup" page.  I've spent over an hour on the phone with support, reset the router eleventy zillion times, and the normal admin page finally loaded just by luck.  Aftter which the support person walked me through cloning my computer's mac address, setting up the network name, passwords, etc.  All of which I had already done during the initial setup, but was re-required after all the resets.

So we finally get lucky, and the admin page loads, and now it's a few hours later.  I haven't even touched the computer, and the admin page will not load and I get "your router was not successfully setup" and they want me to reset the router AGAIN!  I am connected to the internet on my desktop (ethernet cable), I am connected to the internet on my laptop (wireless), my ps3 is connected to the internet (ethernet cable) yet I still cannot access the router admin page.  I ran ipconfig, and 192.168.1.1 is listed as the default gateway.  I have not changed anything since the last call to tech support.  So what on earth keeps changing that stops me from accessing the admin page??

This is beyond irritating!

Thanks in advance.

Ps. I'm running windows 7, and the router is the ea6300
